WELBILT INC. JOINS PASCO EDC BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Joel Horn, Executive Vice President, of Welbilt, Inc. to serve on the Pasco EDC Board of Directors

Pasco County, Fla. (April 8, 2019)— Welbilt, Inc. (NYSE: WBT), a leading commercial foodservice equipment manufacturer, recently invested in the Pasco EDC. At their level of investment, they also receive a seat on the Board of Directors, where they appointed Joel Horn, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to fill the role.

Horn has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Welbilt since January 2017 and as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Welbilt from its spin-off in March 2016. Horn joined The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE: MTW) in 2008 as Associate General Counsel and held that role until the spin-off of the Foodservice business. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Horn was Senior Counsel and General Counsel for Enodis, PLC from 2004 until 2008, and was Associate General Counsel for Mitsubishi Power Systems, Inc. from 2000 through 2004.
