CareerSource Pasco Hernando
CareerSource Pasco Hernando represents the Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that serves Pasco and Hernando counties by administering local workforce development and welfare reform programs as part of the State of Florida and the Federal Government's initiatives. Their mission is to enhance the economic development efforts of the region by providing a well trained, high quality workforce which supports the success of local business and improves the quality of life.

CareerSource Pasco Hernando is a valuable link between Pasco County employers and local job seekers, with a goal to help people find great jobs, and employers to find great people. This is the One Stop Center for the employment needs of Pasco County businesses. Career Source provides employee evaluations, job fairs, applicant screening, training programs and referrals. The services available in the Career Source One Stop system are at no-cost to employers and job seekers.
CareerSource Pasco Hernando is also a partner of the Florida TRADE program to help deliver accelerated training leading to manufacturing internships and jobs.

Local Higher Education & Technical Training Providers
Saint Leo University 
Saint Leo University is a distinctive place where talented men and women have sought out a solid foundation from which to build their lives upon. A wide range of employers have also come to appreciate the student talent they have discovered and recruited from this prestigious institution. Employers can connect with Saint Leo University's office of career planning for on-campus recruiting, scheduling employer information sessions, and submitting job and internship opportunities on Saint Leo's career management system, LionsLINK.
Pasco Hernando State College 
Pasco Hernando State College (PHSC) Career Services assists students with career selection and development, education planning, and job placement. All students are encouraged to utilize the resources offered by Career Services throughout their educational experience at PHSC, including the opportunity to participate in internships particularly in the business and information technology sectors.
PHSC also participates in the Florida TRADE Grant which offers multi-level training and tuition funding assistance to help meet the shortage of skilled workers in Florida’s manufacturing industry. The training is targeted to workers who have lost their jobs, workers who may be at risk of job loss due to foreign trade, veterans returning from service, and workers needing to update/increase skills to maintain employment.
Rasmussen College 
Rasmussen College campuses provide hands-on learning in small class sizes for a classroom experience that replicates the real world. As a result, 85% of graduates are employed in their field of study or continuing their education, including; Health Sciences, Business, Justice Studies, Nursing, Design, Technology, and Education. Pasco County campuses are located in Land O' Lakes and New Port Richey.

Marchman Technical College 
As a service to the business community, the Marchman Technical College Career Office provides a referral service that will assist you in locating full- or part-time employees from among their qualified students. Companies with open positions are invited to share those employment opportunities with the Career Office, where they are posted and forwarded to the appropriate instructional staff. Pasco County Schools Career Academies 
Tampa Bay’s local business leaders are teaming up with Pasco County high schools to create rigorous career and technical education programs that respond to the needs of the labor market. Pasco’s Career Academies are organized around such themes as health sciences, business and finance, information technology, energy, hospitality and tourism, automotive service technology, robotics, building technology, aeronautics, law, communications and journalism, agritechnology, veterinary assisting, and engineering.
