Congratulations to Copperstone Executive Suites this year's Category 1 Service/Distribution Industry of the Year award winner. Established in 2004, Copperstone Executive Suites and Business Center offers upscale professional office space, private and shared executive suites, conference rooms and a large training room. Copperstone recently completed the final two phase of a 3,660 sq. ft. addition to include a new reception and waiting area, a business club, conference room, 17 brand new private offices and day offices, and an additional conference room. Total, Copperstone now has 3 upscale conference rooms seating 6-12 and a larger event/training room which holds up to 100. Copperstone accommodates up to 50 individual small businesses with 40-50 virtual businesses via the business club and virtual services. The efficient design allows for a maximized use of space to serve businesses in 20,000 sq. ft. of space. The building is equipped with HD video cameras, electronic card readers for license plates, offering a secure workplace environment. They also collaborate with various local and national Law Enforcement Agencies for business information security to prevent cyber threats and cyber terrorism. The business itself has five employees currently and utilizes Career Central to find skilled employees. They built a large reception, workplace and break room for employees with flexible hours to allow for family time and college class schedules. They also use this space for brain storming sessions to encourage creative thought processes and innovation. Copperstone is very active in the community and works with numerous service and community organizations. A few of them are the Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce, Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce, Pasco Hernando Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Oasis Pregnancy Center, Bizz Buzz, Christian Business Connection, Big Brother Big Sister, Women’s Exchange, Project 3, Mission to Honduras, the Peanut Butter drive and they also host 3 independent churches.
