Bill CroninBill Cronin 


Bill joined the Pasco EDC as President/CEO as of January 2016 after a nation-wide search.  He has a long career in economic development spanning 25 years in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.  Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs and Political Science as well as a certificate in Asian Studies from Michigan State University. Bill has extensive knowledge and experience which includes ten years with Enterprise Florida, specializing in international trade and business development.

Juawana WilliamsJuawana Williams

Vice President

Juawana recently joined the Pasco EDC as Vice President  and will oversee Business Development and Business Retention.  Juawana has practiced economic development for over 10 years in both regional and local capacities.  She was named as one of the top 50 Economic Developers in 2017.  Juawana holds a B.A. in Business with a minor in Marketing from Northwood University.

Tom RyanTom Ryan

Economic Development Manager

Tom is responsible for business development of new and expanding office, technology, and industrial related businesses and parks. His responsibilities also include coordinating strategies to support economic development efforts in targeted areas, including, confidential site analysis, regulatory assistance, compiling location data and incentive programs. Tom holds a B.A. in Communication Management from the University of Dayton, Real Estate Broker Licenses in Ohio & Florida, and is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Pasco.

Devon BarnettDevon Barnett

Economic Development Manager

Devon is responsible for local business retention and expansion as well as international development within Pasco County.  Her responsibilities include assisting businesses with workforce training programs, evaluating financing options, international trade opportunities, recruiting foreign direct investment and developing complementary programs and resources to support those efforts.  Devon holds a B.S. in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration with a double emphasis in Travel & Tourism and Special Event Planning from Florida State University.  She also earned minors in Business and Communications. 

Andrew RomanerTari Mitchell

SMARTstart Incubator Program Manager

Tari Mitchell manages the delivery of SMARTstart programs and related activities relating to small business/entrepreneur programs at the SMARTstart West Pasco Entrepreneur Center in New Port Richey. He conducts research, planning, marketing, and recruitment activities and facilitates the development of new and expanding entrepreneurial businesses. His responsibilities also include researching and coordinating strategies to support entrepreneurship efforts in targeted areas, including compiling and analyzing data and recruitment of mentors, guest speakers and local experts, coordination of monthly activities and presentations to help cultivate new and expanding businesses.  Tari is an economic development and banking veteran with an expertise in business development, new market expansion, credit underwriting, and portfolio/project management. He has experience across diverse industries, working with both non-profit and traditional financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics/Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Suzanne Renczkowski

Office Manager

Suzanne is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures, events, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Before joining Pasco EDC in 1994, Suzanne served as Public Affairs Coordinator at Saint Leo University. Suzanne is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute in Paramus, New Jersey.

Lauren Miceli

Marketing/Communications Manager

Lauren is responsible for all marketing and communications for the Pasco EDC. Her responsibilities include ad placement, social media management, graphic design, public relations and all communication and promotions efforts. Before joining the Pasco EDC, Lauren worked for a local chamber of commerce and for the Pasco County Office of Tourism Development, giving her a familiarity with Pasco County. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Mass Communications with concentration in Public Relations. She also earned a certificate from the University of South Florida for Meeting and Event Planning. 

Becky MartinBecky Martin

Special Program Assistant

Becky provides administrative support for the Pasco EDC staff at various levels with emphasis placed on event coordination and execution, marketing support of social media distribution, all aspects of the Pasco Microloan Program, and support of the SMARTstart Business Incubator program.  She is also responsible for updating the programs and information on the SMARTstart website and tracking of leads received through Pasco Enterprise Network (PEN). Prior to joining Pasco EDC, Becky worked for the Department of Health and The Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. She is also a graduate of Leadership Hernando 2009.
