Bill CroninBill Cronin 


Bill joined the Pasco EDC as President/CEO as of January 2016 after a nation-wide search.  He has a long career in economic development spanning 25 years in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.  Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs and Political Science as well as a certificate in Asian Studies from Michigan State University. Bill has extensive knowledge and experience which includes ten years with Enterprise Florida, specializing in international trade and business development.

Tom RyanTom Ryan

Director of Business Development

Tom is responsible for business development of new and expanding office, technology, and industrial related businesses and parks. His responsibilities also include coordinating strategies to support economic development efforts in targeted areas, including, confidential site analysis, regulatory assistance, compiling location data and incentive programs. Tom holds a B.A. in Communication Management from the University of Dayton.

Mike BishopMike Bishop

Director of Stakeholder Engagement

Mike is responsible for stakeholder relations, a community-facing role that strives to enhance the Pasco EDC and County’s relationships amongst business leaders. He also oversees local, national and international event coordination and logistics, while serving as an enthusiastic spokesperson for the Pasco EDC.  He has a background  in entrepreneurship in Pasco County, as well as being an active leader in the community sitting on several non-profit boards and is a proud Rotarian. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jennie SammurJennie Sammur

Economic Development Manager

Jennie is responsible for local business retention and expansion as well as increasing the international trade and foreign direct investment programs.  She has been very active in Pasco County working as owner/broker of Dabar & Associates Real Estate Services, as well as serving on numerous nonprofit boards. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Administration from Barry University, and is currently attending the University of South Florida earning a Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning. The relationships she has developed through years of volunteering in Pasco will greatly benefit our local businesses.

Turner ArbourTurner Arbour

Workforce Development Manager

Turner is responsible for the development and implementation of the Pasco Pipeline program and all workforce-related activities. His responsibilities include coordinating strategies to support collaborative county-wide workforce initiatives, including working with businesses, educational institutions and workforce providers to identify opportunities that align the demand and supply of talent in Pasco County. He is also responsible for the development of the Pasco Pipeline website (a resource for employers, job seekers and workforce providers). Turner has been working with Pasco’s small businesses since 2010 in website development and consumer sentiment analysis. He holds a B.S. in Global Business from the University of South Florida Saint Petersburg.  Turner also serves on the Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board of Directors.

Daniel MitchellDaniel Mitchell

SMARTstart Program Director

Dan joined the Pasco EDC team in January of 2019 as the SMARTstart Program Manager and works out of the East Pasco Entrepreneur Center in Dade City.  He had been coaching individuals and businesses, as well as being an entrepreneur himself, for the 15 years prior to coming aboard.  Dan currently holds his Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship as well as his Certified Financial Planner accreditation.

Ashlee UnderdownAshlee Underdown

SMARTstart Program Assistant

Ashlee holds an Associates of Art degree from Pasco-Hernando State College and is currently continuing her education to achieve a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling. She has previous experience managing a business, and hopes to grow professionally while assisting small business owners through the SMARTstart Program alongside Pasco EDC.

Cynthia CortezCynthia Cortez

SMARTstart Program Assistant

Cynthia is majoring in business administration from Miami Dade College. She has over 20 years in the customer service industry and has worked with small and large businesses gaining knowledge from industries in healthcare to technologies. Cynthia comes with a family background of entrepreneurs from restaurants, beauty salons, and home remodeling. She also has experience in property management with rental properties. Cynthia is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Suzanne RenczkowskiSuzanne Renczkowski 

Director of Operations

Suzanne is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures, events, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Before joining Pasco EDC in 1994, Suzanne served as Public Affairs Coordinator at Saint Leo University. Suzanne is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute in Paramus, New Jersey.

Lauren MiceliLauren Miceli

Director of Marketing & Communications 

Lauren is responsible for all marketing and communications for the Pasco EDC. Her responsibilities include ad placement, social media management, graphic design, public relations and all communication and promotions efforts. Before joining the Pasco EDC, Lauren worked for a local chamber of commerce and for the Pasco County Office of Tourism Development, giving her a familiarity with Pasco County. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Mass Communications with concentration in Public Relations. She also earned a certificate from the University of South Florida for Meeting and Event Planning. 

Becky MartinBecky Martin

Special Program Assistant

Becky provides administrative support for the Pasco EDC staff at various levels with emphasis placed on, marketing support of social media distribution, all aspects of the Pasco Microloan Program, and support of the SMARTstart Business Incubator program.  She is also responsible for updating the programs and information on the SMARTstart website. Prior to joining Pasco EDC, Becky worked for the Department of Health and The Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. She is also a graduate of Leadership Hernando 2009.
