Pasco EDC plays an active role in helping existing businesses in Pasco County not only succeed, but continue to grow and evolve. Through our Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) Program, we work to strength the connection between local businesses, county and municipal governments, and community partners, ensuring companies have the support they need at every stage of growth.

At the core of this effort is Pasco BizConnect, a robust, user friendly online business tool designed specifically for Pasco County businesses. Pasco BizConnect serves as a centralized hub for critical information and support. The platform features two key tools: a Manufacturer Directory, a curated directory of local manufacturers and service providers designed to help businesses identify opportunities and form meaningful connections, and a Resource Hub, which offers access to a comprehensive library of knowledge base articles, information on available incentives and funding opportunities, and opportunities to grow your business.

Businesses can also stay informed about upcoming workforce, economic development, and community resource events that directly support growth and expansion.

Beyond digital resources, the BR&E Program emphasizes relationship building and proactive engagement. Pasco EDC works directly with business owners and leadership teams to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and connect them with customized resources, whether that includes workforce assistance, infrastructure support, site expansion guidance, or introductions to key partners.
