Now in its 34th year, Pasco EDC's Annual Awards is regarded as Pasco County's premier business event, attracting over 400 business and community leaders in Tampa Bay and Pasco County, including State legislators, county commissioners and city officials. The highlight of each year’s event is the Annual Industry Awards honoring local companies which exhibit exemplary growth in job creation, capital investment, technology, innovation, and community service.

5:00 - 6:30 PM: Welcome Reception and Dinner

6:30 - 7:30 PM: Business Awards Program (theatre)

7:30 - 8:30 PM: Networking and Dessert

Business Attire - Complimentary Valet and Self-Parking will be available on- site

Business Awards Categories

Innovation in Business Award - This award will recognize a business that demonstrates innovation in the way they operate, conduct business, or in a product or service.

Pasco Establishment Award - This award will recognize a business in Pasco County that has recently been established and is demonstrating substantial progress and/or the potential for a significant community impact.

Economic Excellence Award - This award will recognize a business that has made a commitment to improving the overall economic health and quality of life in Pasco County, creating a diverse workforce, and providing exceptional value to customers, all while demonstrating ingenuity, integrity, and leadership.

International Achievement Award - This award will recognize a business that has demonstrated outstanding achievements in international relations, global leadership, and export growth.

People’s Choice Award - This award will recognize a business that was chosen by the people of Pasco County in an online contest, based on their perceptions of the nominees quality, effort, image, service, and value.

SMARTstart Entrepreneur of the Year - This award will recognize an entrepreneur who has engaged in numerous SMARTstart programs. Through their experiences and education, they have turned their passion into a thriving business showing growth, value, and impact as a leading start-up.
