Encompass Health Corporation Will Locate to Pasco County and Invest $15 Million

Today the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners approved an incentive package to support the relocation

PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA (December 10, 2019) — Encompass Health Corporation (NYSE: EHC) expects to purchase nearly six acres in the Bexley Community off of State Road 54 in Land O’ Lakes. The company will bring 179 new jobs, and plans to build a 37,000 square foot facility to house its Central Business Office which provides medical billing and collections services to Encompass Health hospitals in 25 states and Puerto Rico.

Encompass Health is a national leader in integrated healthcare services, and offers both facility-based and home-based patient care through its network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies and hospice agencies. Nationally, the company footprint includes 133 hospitals, 245 home health locations, and 82 hospice locations in 37 states and Puerto Rico.
