SMARTstartPasco EDC Names Executive Committee & Welcomes new Board Members

PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA (September 26, 2017) — The Pasco Economic Development Council (Pasco EDC) recently announced the members of its Board of Directors’ Executive Committee for the 2017/18 fiscal year, which begins on October 1, 2017.
- Chairman – Keith Appenzeller, King Engineering Associates
- Vice Chairman – Danielle Ruiz, Duke Energy
- Secretary/Treasurer – Mike Lawson, Metro Development Group, LLC
- Immediate Past Chairman - Jimmy Adcock, Tampa Electric/Peoples Gas

The Pasco EDC is also pleased to welcome two new at-large members, who will serve on the Board of Directors for Fiscal Year 17/18, Staceyann Sinclair of Rasmussen College and Heidi Tuttle-Beisner of Commercial Asset Partners Realty.
Staceyann Sinclair has been the Area Director of Rasmussen College since January 2015 and serves the Tampa, Brandon, Land O’ Lakes/East Pasco and New Port Richey/West Pasco campuses. She has worked in the field of Business/Management for more than 14 years and has a B.S. in Marketing and a M.A. in Organizational Management. Sinclair has been active with the Pasco EDC since 2016 serving on the Talent Pipeline Task Force and offering assistance with workforce development issues when needed.
The Broker/Owner of Commercial Asset Partners Realty located in Trinity, Heidi Tuttle-Beisner, is an ambitious commercial real estate executive with over twenty years in the brokerage of commercial-investment real estate. Tuttle-Beisner has been consistently recognized as a top producer and highly involved in industry and legislative issues to maintain the integrity of the profession. She has been involved as an investor with the Pasco EDC since June 2006 serving numerous years on the Awards Committee and participating on a variety of Task Forces.
Pasco EDC’s Board of Directors is responsible for governing the organization and providing guidance in the execution of its strategy.
