Pasco EDC Teams Up with Regional Partners to Present 3rd Annual Export Conference

Program to Feature Cuban Minister Counselor for the Economic and Trade Office
Pasco County, Fla. (March 27, 2017)—Now in its third year, Growing Global: A Half-Day International Exporting Conference will take place on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Originally launched by the Pasco Economic Development Council, the event will be presented this year by the Tampa Bay Export Alliance, which Pasco EDC joined in October 2016.
During the conference, Tampa Bay area business owners will have the opportunity to learn about growing their business through exporting. This year’s keynote speaker will be Mr. Rubén Ramos Arrieta, Minister Counselor for the Economic and Trade Office, Embassy of the Republic of Cuba, who will share information on doing business in Cuba. Attendees will also hear from local experts during panel discussions such as: Growing Your Business Through Exports and Shipping & Logistics. Local business owners who have found success selling their products and services abroad, will also present on their experiences.
Networking opportunities with presenters and fellow attendees will be available before the conference adjourns at noon.
Growing Global: A Half-Day International Exporting Conference will take place at the new Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Suncoast Parkway at Northpointe Village.
