Jeff Philbin of MasterChef to Host Food Workshop at Pasco County Kitchen Incubator

Pasco EDC’s entrepreneur program SMARTstart is hosting ‘Food is the Biggest Business’, as a part of its free Education Series

The reality television star will host a food panel question and answer workshop for food business entrepreneurs

PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA (November 6, 2019) —Pasco EDC’s entrepreneur program SMARTstart is hosting ‘Food is the Biggest Business’, as a part of its free Education Series on Wednesday November 20, from 6:00-7:30 p.m. The workshop will be held at the brand-new East Pasco Incubator Kitchen (EPIK) in the SMARTstart East Pasco Entrepreneur Center in Dade City located at, 15029 14th Street

Dade City. The workshop will feature a panel of successful food entrepreneurs from around the region and will feature special guest emcee, Jeff Philbin, former MasterChef contestant.

“We offer a free Education Series to support Pasco County entrepreneurs and small businesses,” said Bill Cronin, Pasco EDC President. “This series is an exciting one, because it is at our brand-new incubator kitchen and has so many successful panelists devoting their time to helping food entrepreneurs.”

The East Pasco Incubator Kitchen (EPIK) features commercial-grade equipment generously donated by Welbilt, Inc., classroom space for food workshops, and a packaging and labeling station.  There are also free community garden plots available by reservation, where people can actually grow their own ingredients.
