Pasco EDC Announces 2026 Executive Committee Leaders

After serving on the board of directors for five years, Paul A. Manuel now leads as Chair.
PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA (November 3, 2025): Pasco Economic Development Council (Pasco EDC) is pleased to announce the 2026 Executive Committee for its Board of Directors (Board). This year the Board will be led by Paul A. Manuel, Chair, President of Coastal Design Consultants, Alain Fernandez, Vice Chair, Manager of Business Lending at Suncoast Credit Union, Skip Miller, Secretary/Treasurer, Middle Market Relationship Manager at Truist, and Staceyann Sinclair Jibbison, Immediate Past Chair, Vice President of Campus Operations at Rasmussen University.
“The continued success of Pasco County’s economic growth is driven by the commitment of our business and community leaders,” said Bill Cronin, President/CEO, Pasco EDC. “Our 2026 Executive Committee embodies that spirit of partnership and progress, working together to ensure Pasco County remains a place where businesses can start, move, and grow.”
The Executive Committee meets several times throughout the year and provides guidance and support to assist in driving the Pasco EDC mission of stimulating balanced and diversified business growth. The expertise, vision, and direction from these business leaders provides the organization with a variety of insights that allow Pasco EDC to continue to evolve and support the Pasco County business community.

The Board meets six times per year and has numerous engagement opportunities. These opportunities include task forces that cover topics such as Wellness and Productivity and Business Retention and Expansion Strategies and also committees that discuss economic development topics related to workforce, marketing, international relationships, and entrepreneurship. The Pasco EDC currently has 97 investors and 46 Board and Policy Council members.
